How to take fly agaric: tips, dosage and benefits

We recommend starting with 0.5 g of a whole mushroom or 1 capsule (0.5 g) in the morning before meals. Monitor your condition for 2-3 days.If you do not notice any discomfort (nausea, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, blurred vision), increase the dosage by 0.1 g once every 2 days. As soon as you experience any of the symptoms listed above, reduce the dosage by 0.1 g.

Congratulations - you have chosen the perfect dosage for your personal microdosing.
After 2 weeks, you can switch to the scheme of taking in the morning and in the evening. Use your dosage, which you selected earlier. If taking in the evening causes you nervous system excitement and unwanted liveliness, you need to reduce the dose or give up taking in the evening altogether.

If you notice nausea, dizziness, rapid heartbeat and small changes in reality, the dosage should be reduced. We strongly recommend not to exceed the dosage by more than 1-1.5 g per day.
