All the information and description below is a selection of different methods that have been collected from various about fly agaric. All the options described below can be combined at your own discretion and choose the ideal option for yourself.

Whole and ground mushroom?
I did not notice the difference between a ground mushroom and a whole one. Sometimes I came across information that the ground loses its properties faster. I believe that if the mushroom is stored without access to air, ground or whole does not matter.

How is it better to brew amanita or eat it?
The difference between brewing and using the dry mushroom itself was also not noticed. Do as you like. There is an opinion that by brewing and drinking mushroom water, and not consuming the brewed mushroom itself, we reduce the burden on the body. Basically it is, there is no point in overloading the body with chitin once more, but most likely we eat soups with champignon mushrooms and other dishes without thinking, eating mushrooms in large quantities

Dosage and hours of taking amanita:
1. Personally, my favorite method: take 1 g of ground or whole mushroom in the morning before meals with warm water.
2. 0.5 g of mushroom in the morning and 0.5 g in the evening with water.
3. Take 1 g of ground or whole mushroom in the evening with warm water. Here you will either sleep soundly or, on the contrary, shallowly, with very vivid dreams.
4,5,6 - All the same dosages and hours of reception as in points 1, 2, 3, only the difference is in brewing ground or whole mushrooms in water of 60-70 degrees (it is possible and higher, but I don't see the point). You can brew in a thermos or just a cup. When the mushroom sinks to the bottom and has a uniform jelly color, you can drink the tincture. 10-20 minutes is enough for this. The mushroom itself can be drunk or thrown away.
