1. Eligibility and acceptance

4. Shipping, delivery, customs, and import responsibility

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for checking local import laws, customs restrictions, licensing requirements, and any product-specific prohibitions before ordering.
• You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any documentation requested by your local authorities.
• We prepare standard shipping and customs documents, but we are not responsible for delays, inspections, seizures, or refusals caused by customs or destination-country law.

5. Returns, refunds, and damaged orders

Because many items sold by Amanita Store are consumable or sealed goods, returns are handled conservatively for safety and hygiene reasons. Any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly at forestshopcarpatian@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
• Refunds or replacements may be offered where the wrong item was shipped, the parcel was materially damaged in transit, or the order was lost according to carrier evidence.
• If a parcel is returned to us unopened due to customs delay or carrier failure and is received back in saleable condition, we may offer a partial refund or reshipment after reviewing the case.
• No refund is guaranteed where the buyer refuses customs charges, fails to provide requested import documents, or orders products that are restricted in the destination country.
• Opened, used, or improperly stored products are generally not eligible for return.

6. Legal and jurisdiction notices

• The legal status of Amanita muscaria and related products differs across countries and may change without notice.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that ordering, importing, possessing, and using a product is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to locations that appear restricted, high-risk, or operationally unavailable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's operations in Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
