Always measure on a vibration-free surface — air currents and movement affect readings. The scale runs on two AAA batteries (included). Auto-off activates after 60 seconds of inactivity to preserve battery life. For long-term accuracy, periodically calibrate with a reference weight. Do not exceed the 500 g maximum capacity.
