Forest Power Blend
Powerful blend of six medicinal mushrooms — Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi, Lion's Mane, Turkey Tail and Agaricus for complete cognitive, immune, and energy support.
Ready-made functional mushroom blends — power, cardio, men's and women's formulas in one scoop.
Our mushroom blends collection is for people who would rather take one well-designed mix than juggle several jars. Each blend combines multiple functional mushrooms into a single product — the all-round forest power blend, the circulation-focused forest cardio power, and the men's and women's formulas tuned to different needs.
Blends make sense when you want broad coverage rather than a single mushroom's benefit. Instead of buying lion's mane, cordyceps and reishi separately, a blend gives you a considered ratio in one scoop. To understand what goes into a good mix and why, read our overview of medicinal mushrooms and our stacking guide. Our roundups of the best mushrooms for men and for women explain the thinking behind the gender-tuned formulas.
These blends are supplements, not medicines. If you already take single mushrooms and want to add a blend, check the ingredients so you are not doubling up, and read how to read a mushroom supplement label. Prefer to build your own routine from single mushrooms? Browse the species collections from the collections hub.
What a blend is for. Blends exist to cover several bases in one capsule rather than maintaining a shelf of separate jars — convenience and adherence, essentially. If you already know which single mushroom you want, buying it on its own gives you a higher amount of that species per capsule and full control over the combination.
How to think about a blend versus single species. A multi-mushroom capsule divides its fill weight between its ingredients, so each species is present in a smaller amount than it would be in a dedicated product. That is a reasonable trade for broad coverage and simplicity, and a poor one if you are targeting a specific outcome and want a meaningful amount of one species. Our stacking guide covers how to combine single-species products deliberately.
Introduce a blend the same way as anything else. Start with one product and give it several days before adding another. The practical drawback of blends is diagnostic: if something disagrees with you, a four-ingredient capsule makes it considerably harder to work out which ingredient was responsible.
Check the ingredients against your own situation. Because blends combine several species, they also combine their contraindications. Reishi and turkey tail may affect bleeding risk and interact with anticoagulants; cordyceps may lower blood sugar; several are immune-modulating, so anyone with an autoimmune condition or taking immunosuppressants should speak with their doctor before use. Read the full ingredient list on each product page rather than assuming, and discontinue before scheduled surgery. These are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
