Dosage and hours of taking amanita:

1. A commonly described approach is 1 g of ground or whole mushroom in the morning before meals with warm water.
2. 0.5 g of mushroom in the morning and 0.5 g in the evening with water.
3. Take 1 g of ground or whole mushroom in the evening with warm water. Here you will either sleep soundly or, on the contrary, shallowly, with very vivid dreams.
4,5,6 - All the same dosages and hours of reception as in points 1, 2, 3, only the difference is in brewing ground or whole mushrooms in water of 60-70 degrees (it is possible and higher, but I don't see the point). You can brew in a thermos or just a cup. When the mushroom sinks to the bottom and has a uniform jelly color, you can drink the tincture. 10-20 minutes is enough for this. The mushroom itself can be drunk or thrown away.

Grade B: Practical Value Without Compromising Potency

Grade B Amanita muscaria caps may include some natural variation in appearance — occasional small amounts of organic matter such as dried grass or leaf fragments, and some variation in cap size and shape. These are purely cosmetic differences. The active compound content and potency of Grade B caps remain at a good level, and the microdosing experience is functionally equivalent to higher grades for the majority of users. Grade B is the most economical way to maintain a regular daily microdosing practice without compromise in effect.

The caps should be stored in the same way as higher grades: sealed, dry, dark, and cool to preserve compound integrity over time.

Identification and Species Purity

Amanita muscaria is one of the most visually distinctive fungi in the northern hemisphere — the scarlet-to-orange cap with white warty remnants, white gills, and a bulbous volva at the stem base. Distinctiveness is not the same as safety, though: the genus Amanita also contains the deadliest mushrooms known, including the death cap (Amanita phalloides) and destroying angel (Amanita virosa). Drying, Decarboxylation and Why It Matters

Fresh Amanita muscaria is high in ibotenic acid. Drying converts a portion of that ibotenic acid into muscimol through decarboxylation — a slow, heat-and-time-dependent process. This conversion is the single most important variable in how the material behaves, and it is why fresh and dried caps are not interchangeable in any sense.
