Lion's Mane capsules
Lion's Mane capsules (0.5 g fruiting body each) — daily brain and nerve support through NGF stimulation. For focus, memory, mood stability, and neurological resilience.
Pre-measured capsules for consistent daily dosing — lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, chaga and more.
The mushroom capsules collection is for anyone who wants the benefits of functional mushrooms without weighing, brewing or measuring. Every capsule holds a consistent, pre-measured serving, so building a daily habit is effortless. It covers cognitive favourites like lion's mane, evening reishi, energising cordyceps and immune-focused chaga, alongside Amanita muscaria and pantherina capsules and our ready-made forest blends.
Capsules are the simplest way to stay consistent, and consistency is what most functional mushrooms actually reward — the research is built on regular daily use over weeks, not on single large servings. They are also the most portable and discreet format: no jars, no scale, no taste to mask. That makes them the natural starting point for people new to a mushroom, and the reason capsules feature heavily in routines for focus, immunity and microdosing.
To get the most from them, read the label carefully — our guide on reading a supplement label explains what to look for, and powder versus capsules weighs convenience against flexibility. When you are ready to combine several mushrooms, the stacking guide shows sensible pairings. Prefer a liquid you can add to drinks, or whole material to prepare yourself? Why capsules, and what you trade for the convenience. Capsules solve two practical problems: preparation time and dose consistency. Each is filled from a single homogenised batch, so every capsule delivers the same material — where individual dried caps or fruiting bodies vary in density and residual moisture. They also remove the taste, which matters more than people expect, since several of these mushrooms are genuinely unpleasant and taste alone causes routines to be abandoned.
The honest trade-off: capsules contain whole milled mushroom rather than an extract, so digestion does the work of breaking down the chitin cell walls. A dual-extract tincture pre-extracts both the water- and alcohol-soluble compound groups and is more concentrated. Capsules trade some of that for convenience, no alcohol, and a routine you will actually keep — which for supplements whose benefit depends on daily use over weeks is often the more important factor.
Fruiting body versus mycelium on grain. This is the distinction that separates a real capsule from a filler product. Mycelium grown on a grain substrate cannot be separated from that substrate, so it is milled into the finished powder — leaving something largely composed of starch, with a fraction of the active compounds. It matters most for reishi (triterpenes) and lion's mane (hericenones), both of which form specifically in the fruiting body. Every capsule in this collection is 100% fruiting body, with no fillers, binders or flow agents.
Storage. Store in the sealed container in a cool, dry, dark place. Milled material is considerably more moisture-sensitive than whole dried mushrooms because it exposes far more surface area, so avoid humid storage such as a bathroom cabinet — that humidity swing is the most common reason a capsule product clumps or degrades early. Properly stored, capsules keep for two years.
